FAQ

1. How is the remuneration for monthly accounting services formed?

Clients pay us a fixed fee each month based on accounting operations for an average volume of documents. The fee includes a full accounting service as well as access to the group’s lawyers. Customers get one complete service without paying anything extra. With us, full accounting service means exactly that – both assistance with daily accounting operations and assistance with inspections, audits, VAT refund procedures, etc.

2. What is meant by access to the group’s attorneys at law?

Each of our clients also receives an included volume of legal services as part of their monthly accounting service. The volume of legal services depends on the volume of accounting. Legal services can be applied in any aspect of the clients’ business, including appeals of administrative acts, court proceedings and others. If the included volume of legal services will not be sufficient to fulfill a client’s task, the client will receive an additional proposal for that task.

Our experts are available to our current customers at any time of the day. We enjoy customers in different time zones, which makes us adaptable.
Our communication channels are email, phone and face-to-face. We primarily use e-mail to exchange documents and receive opinions and information. Email is preferred as our customers can use the information provided without time limit.
Telephone calls occur for operational and lighter matters, as well as for urgent inquiries that cannot be delayed. In these cases, it is possible that our experts, who are familiar with the client’s affairs, but are not holders of the engagement, can also answer.
Face-to-face meetings are held on a regular basis. For us, personal contact is one of the most important elements in our work. We rely on personal contact at both the management and operational levels.

5. What is your error or omission policy?

We are proud of our processes for verification of information, accounting and economic conclusions and actions before clients and government authorities. For us, the most important thing is impeccable quality work at the highest level. However, we have a policy in place to deal with an error we may have contributed to.
If such an error occurs, we will, first of all, eliminate the harmful consequences. This may mean correcting submitted information, starting a procedure for amending documents, etc.
Next, even where there are no harmful consequences of such an error to our customers, our reputation requires that we offer compensation. In this regard, we extend our services for a certain period of time, provide new services free of charge, refund paid fees and take all other actions to maintain our clients’ trust in us as professionals.
